- Rice1/2 cup
- Onion3 medium onions, sliced

Method
Boil the lentils in the water for 15 minutes until half-cooked.
Fry the onion slices in the olive oil until deep brown and crispy, then set half aside.
Add the rice, cumin, salt and the other half of the onions to the lentils.
Cover the pot and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve topped with the crispy onions, with yogurt on the side.
