- Yeast1 tsp

Method
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt, then add the water to make a soft batter slightly thicker than pancake batter.
Cover and leave for 45 minutes to rise.
Pour the batter into a hot greased pan about a finger thick.
Cover and cook over low heat for 8 minutes, then flip and cook for 4 minutes until the other side is browned.
Serve hot brushed with ghee, or with tagalia or waika stew.
